Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return on eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that we do not offer refunds on delivered goods, except in the case of out of stock or not shipped products.

Exchanges

If you received a product that doesn't fit or isn't what you expected, we are happy to offer an exchange. Simply contact our customer support team within 1 day of receiving your item to initiate the exchange process. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and select a new one from our inventory.

Return or Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Raise Return Request on our portal in help menu or customer support team within 1 day of receiving your item.
  2. Provide your order details and reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Wait for our customer support team to provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  4. Once the shipment is delivered back to us by our courier partner in original/unused condition, (it will take around 5-15 Days from return pickup day) we shall Credit Coupon in Your wallet within 72 hours after deduction of Transportation cost (100-300) you can use it another Buy. We will suggest you that please make Video at the time of Return pickup.
  5. Coupon Code Validity for Three Months Only, after three months its Zero Value.

Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item for a return or exchange , the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your amount. If you are exchanging an item, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new item back to you.
