We at Kajodi follow a 5 Day return policy for non-Offer  and Offered products purchased from our website – www.kajodi.com. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from us. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 5 Day after purchase if the following conditions are met:

• All Kajodi items should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt. 
• Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
• If your order has already been shipped, we invite you to wait until it arrives and then you can cancel your order by contacting our orders team to request its return by dropping an email to support@kajodi.com with your order details.
  For seamless returns, kindly ensure the product is packed in the same way it was packed and sent to you.
• After inspection we will confirm whether the Products are in an acceptable condition or not. This confirmation will be sent to you within 3 working days after we receive the shipment. Upon confirmation, as per the Return Policy, we will issue a store credit or a bank refund (whichever selected by the customer) for that particular amount. 

MODE OF RETURN:

In case of return/exchange customer has to arrange themselves at their own cost to ship the product back to us

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order online within 2 hour and once the cancellation is approved we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5 working days. Your entire order amount will be refunded via the refund method selected by you.

An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped out to you.

REFUNDS

We Don't Have any Refund Policy for Delivered Goods. 

Refund will be applicable on Out of Stock/Not Shipped products Only, No Refund in any other Case.
